Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before buying.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Nexum Group Limited, registered at Flat 2304, 23/F, Ho King Commercial Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong, company registration number 81135713. You can reach us at greenhillgardenshop@gmail.com.

2. Placing an order

Adding items to your bag and completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, because a price was listed in error, or because we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout and is shown before you pay.

We take reasonable care to price correctly. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price; we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment is taken through Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in Shipping Information. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Your rights and how to use them are set out in Returns & Refunds. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Faulty or misdescribed goods

If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Contact us at greenhillgardenshop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

7. Using the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or extract its content systematically for commercial use.

All content on this site — text, photography, the GREEN HILL GARDEN name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Nexum Group Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexum Group Limited is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
